Love their food! HOWEVER, I've been disappointed the last three times I ordered from them. I don't mind paying for quality, especially when their salads are $17.
First time mishaps happened, they didn't substitute the blue cheese on our salads for feta. Second time, they didn't add all the muffins with our salads. And today, they never added the poached pears to our salads. When you almost $50 for three salads, I expect better. Check all your orders thoroughly before leaving.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kirk B.Parma, United States60273726 Mar 2024
Ordered the Joycey's Sandwich which is Corned Beef and Pastrami with Lettuce, Tomato and Swiss add Mustard!
The Lady upfront that took my order was very helpful and polite!
A lot of customers waiting to be seated and picking up to Go Orders! Popular Spot!
Would definitely order there again! Sandwich was very Tasty!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 2140211425 Mar 2024
Went here for a late lunch. Place was hoping on a Monday afternoon. Never been here so wasn't sure what to expect or get.
We both got the turkey club sandwich on rye. It's huge. 2 big halves, fruit, pickle, chips. I ate 1/2, the fruit, and some chips. The rest is dinner. It was good. The side little cup is not Mayo but a side of a sweet dipping sauce for the fruit. I made the mistake of thinking it was Mayo. We did splurge and get a dessert. They looked amazing and just had to try. We split a cake called France. Chocolate cake, white and chocolate mousse. It was very good and large enough to split.
I do have to say the corn beef sandwich looked
good as it went by our table but Express Deli is down the street and that's the tops. So that'll be what we judge it on next time.
The prices are average. You do get a large portion. People were ordering all kinds of things on the
Menu so variety is there. The place is huge. Lots
Of windows and very spacious. Staff was very nice. No real complaints or issues. Take home box is small. LOL that's about it. Had to shove all my food in a small box.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tammy P.Chicago, United States21215730 Dec 2023
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Our server did not know the menu. She was aloof to me. I can't eat onions or garlic but I usually can find something. Asked about a few menu items. Said she did not know what was in the food I wanted to order. So I had to ask if she could find out. She said the person who made it was not there. Then she saw I was displeased so she walk off I guess to ask someone. Came back with we don't know. I asked about soup. ALL our soups have onions. Then her attitude changed. She started to act put off with dealing with me and kept looking around like. IM BUSY. I want this over with.
My brother in law became irritated and we started to have words. I just stopped. I was so upset I could not eat. Why is your staff NOT educated on your menu????? You sell food with items that can send a customer to the ER. If they can't eat it.
Your employee rude and disrespect it alarming. What I wonderful day I was having until I stopped to enjoy dinner with my family only to not eat and leave hungry and really disappointed.
I guess my expectation's were to High for Joe's. I have never had a server not know the menu.
Will never be back. Destroyed my time with my sister. I'm here from out of town. What a way to ruin your customers holiday spirit.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 2 - 24 Apr 2024
Met a friend for late lunch here since it's been on my list for awhile. This is a large cafeteria feeling restaurant but it's very welcoming and was still pretty full at off late afternoon hours. The service was a little slow but friendly. It took awhile to get our food because of my friend's salmon order...? That seems strange but it was quite the wait. Once we got our food, it was delicious. It's also a little weird that you can only get certain sides with certain sandwiches so we had to order a side of fries separately. The sandwich gets a little soggy after it sits a bit. It's a decent restaurant and I was grateful that we didn't have to scream over any music here!

Yes indeed! We are back at Joe's Deli and Restaurant twice in just over a week. As always, the food did not disappoint. The service is always awesome no-matter which wait staff serves you. The ambience is that of a fine Restraunt with comfortable seating through out. It is very clean and well appointed and very accessible.
Order your food at the table and order a lb of corned beef to go. Your waitress will have it ready to pick up before you leave. We ordered two pies for Thanksgiving which were the hit of our feest.
Our mainstay is rost beef on rye with horseradish and mustard on the side. The pictures don't do it justice. Give your mouth and stomach a thrill they won't forget. Trust me!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 25 Nov 2023
Wonderful service, HUGE portions, delicious food!
Matzo Ball Soup was flavorful, and matzo was light, fluffy, and properly seasoned.
Egg salad was also super fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the addition of dill to the recipe.
Fried zucchini were wonderful, Turkey Club sandwich was massive, and corned beef was amazing. We will definitely be back again and again!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 4857567215 Aug 2023
I'm relocating to Cleveland, and the first place I found for dinner was one I will certainly return to! I had a long day of house hunting and was feeling kind of indecisive, but the Lebanese salad options looked solid, so I went to Joe's.
The restaurant was full and there were a handful of groups waiting for tables, but the hostess suggested maybe I'd like to sit at the bar (first come). Bonnie the bartender was so friendly and nice. She gave me the food menu and then brought over the bar menu and told me the specials. I ended up with the panko crusted fish and pierogies from the specials list. On Friday's, most of the specials are fish, which is pretty awesome. My meal came with a very generous side salad with nice fresh lettuce and veggies.
The portions were really generous! i shouldn't have eaten it all, but I just love pierogies, and the fish was very good. I'm from Columbus, where pierogies aren't a staple, and generally are served with bacon, which I don't care for, so I was super excited to see them on the menu with cheese and onions.
The vibe was great. The bar staff and the bar guests were all friendly and chatty, and there were a lot of regulars/repeat visitors chatting it up.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - J T.Bonita Springs, United States0281724 Apr 2024
This is the go to spot for Corned beef on the west side! Huge portions and the corned beef is awesome. Service is excellent and the restaurant has a great vibe. Traditional deli Vibe!

This is always a reliable place. Friendly staff, consistent kitchen preparation and a pleasant atmosphere. Judging from the always crowded lobby, we're not alone in our admiration. If you're one of the dozen or so people in the county who have not tried Joe's, check it out. Like everyone else, you won't be disappointed.
